An Entrepreneur is a person with no boss, but has a market as his or her own boss (Balkin, 1989)
Entrepreneurship can be found in all occupation including farmers, craftsmen, shopkeepers, lawyers, doctors, architects, entertainers, sportsmen and women, computer programmers and analysts amongst others (Blanchflower 1998).
