For economists, entrepreneurship is about making a
difference in the market. All economists agree that an entrepreneur is different from
other people in a society.
An entrepreneur is a person who introduces a new
product/service or improves the existing one, or introduces the same product/service
in new markets through innovation, dynamism, risk taking, and alertness.
Evidence reported in the entrepreneurship literature
shows that entrepreneurs are significantly more innovative than non-entrepreneurs.Innovativeness relates to perceiving and acting on
business activities in new and unique ways.
