Who is an entrepreneur?

Baron (2006) described the entrepreneur as a “dot connector” a man who can connect the dots to identify opportunities that create profit and wealth. Moreover, the entrepreneur is an individual who identifies ‘bright endpoints’ even when faced with obstacles and difficulties.
Additionally, Rodermund (2004) found that the entrepreneur is an individual who brings about improvement both for other individuals and for society as a whole and is known for what he/she does such as creating new products, processes and services in the market.
